2025 Orlando Kite Festival
Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Orlando Kite Festival!

This exciting event will occur on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at OCPS Academic Center for Excellence (701 W. Livingston St., Orlando, Florida 32805). The rain date is scheduled for Sunday, April 13, 2025, and all vendors are expected to be available to participate should the event be rescheduled.

We anticipate approximately 1,200 attendees, primarily families with children of elementary age and younger. Applicants are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your application is approved, you will receive a link to complete your registration and submit payment.

Food- $75^
Retail- $75
Nonprofit- $50
Kid Entrepreneur- $40

^Food Vendor Fee is 10% of total sales. The amount above is a deposit, deducted from the final fee. Food vendors must report total sales and pay the balance at the event’s conclusion.
